      Target Marketing
         -   Traditional Sales Targets: Focus on premium independent off-premise and upscale/top tier 
                  on-premise accounts (Restaurants, Wine Bars, etc.) 
with secondary emphasis on upscale 
                  hotels and small to mid-sized upscale chains 
         -   Sales Support via Event Marketing: Create cost efficient, out-of-the-box activities
                  (sponsorships, events, cause-related tie-ins, celebrity “rub-off’s"/associations, etc.) 
to 
                  generate awareness, leverage credibility, and build long-term business for our 
                  producers’ wine portfolios 
         -   Niche Marketing: Create proprietary programs and events that appeal to key sub-segments 
                  of the target audience (e.g., Affluent Wine Enthusiasts, “Hip”
Seniors, DINK’s, Early 
                  Adapters, etc.) to generate maximum levels of “product pull” 
         -   Guerrilla Marketing – Use selected, low/no-cost tactics (Viral Marketing, Friend-to-Friend, etc.) 
                  to generate marketplace "Buzz"

     Training
         -   Conduct tasting seminars for retailer and restaurant staffs
         -   Suggest food/wine and spirits/food pairings
         -   Train sommeliers, wait staff and bartenders 

      Special Events and On-Premise Promotions
         -   Develop and produce special events for on-and-off premise accounts
         -   Trade and consumer shows 
         -   Host wine and spirits dinners and press tastings 
         -   Escort for winery and distillery trips

       Managing Distributor Relations 
         -   Act as the local management team for the vineyard
         -   Work with distributors to manage depletions and ensure payment to our producers
         -   Ensure our brands are “top-of-mind” and get the best attention from the distributors
         -   Train the distributor selling team – partner with them on key account and key restaurant
                  presentations (work-withs) 
         -   Manage allocations with distributors

       Wine Label Development and Approval
         -   Assist in wine and spirits label development
         -   Submission of labels to all regulatory agencies on the national and state levels
