Luxe Vintages is a licensed wine agent and wine importer – we are not wine distributors.
Federal and state laws prohibit us from selling directly to consumers, restaurants, or the retail
trade. As the producer, you will sell directly to a licensed distributor (selected by Luxe
Vintages), who then sells to a licensed retail store or a licensed restaurant. Consumers must
make their purchase from retail stores or the restaurants. By law, we cannot take inventory or
title of any wine or spirit targeted for retail/restaurant sale and distribution. We work with a
select group of distributor partners to ensure the quality delivery of your products to restaurants
and wine retailers.
Luxe Vintages is a division of Luxe Collections Ltd. Our company, Luxe Collections represents
a luxury collection of wine accessories sold to fine wine retailers and restaurants in the
State of Florida.
The U.S. Market Three-Tier Distribution System
By law, Luxe Vintages supports the three-tier distribution system. This system, federally
mandated after the repeal of Prohibition in 1933, provides for the safe delivery of beverage
alcohol from a supplier or manufacturer to a wholesaler, who in turn delivers to a retailer, who
then sells the product to the end consumer. This system helps to ensure the responsible and
safe distribution of alcoholic beverages, and is a key factor in preventing the distribution of
alcohol to minors. It also provides a process that guarantees the integrity of products sold to
end consumers.
How We Select Our Distributors
We choose our distributor partners carefully – our criteria for selection is based on the quality
of their portfolio, their "passion" for fine wines, attention to detail and follow up, their
commitment to high quality service, and their ability to faithfully execute your objectives and
goals with excellence.
